Biography
Donna has been teaching for more than 20 years in the United States and Jamaica. Her area of study is Caribbean and African American literature, and her area of specialization is on the writings of Caribbean-American immigrant writers.
Education
Bachelor of Art in English from UWI Mona (Jamaica), 2001; Master of Philosophy in English from UWI Mona (Jamaica), 2006; Ph.D. in English from University at Albany (current)
Hobbies and interests
Donna lives in Glens Falls with her spoiled and needy cat, Belle. Donna enjoys reading, playing word games, and taking nature walks when Belle allows her to leave.
