Biography
Paul Bouton has been a teacher at SUNY Adirondack for 30 years. During that time, he has taught almost every course in the Math Division. He has served on teacher award committees for the MAA and SUNY Adirondack. He was an editor for the AMECS Journal published by SUNY Adirondack.
Education
Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from SUNY Binghamton, 1989; Master of Arts in Teaching Mathematics from SUNY Binghamton in 1992; Master of Arts in Mathematics from SUNY Binghamton in 1995
Hobbies and interests
Paul is married and has two daughters. His wife is a second-grade teacher and his daughters are both in school. He has lived in the Queensbury area since being hired at SUNY Adirondack and, prior to that, lived in Binghamton and grew up in Philadelphia (go Phillies and Eagles!). He loves sports, especially baseball and football. His family has a dog and loves going for hikes, biking and swimming.
