Biography
Emily Petersen has spent 28 years in the culinary field with 13 years focused on butchery. She has been an adjunct, teaching butchery with SUNY Adirondack since 2020.
Education
Associates of Business Administration from SUNY Adirondack.
Hobbies and Interests
When Emily isn't working with her friends, cooking or cutting meat you will find her spending time with her family, traveling or in her gardens.
