Banner
Banner is a system SUNY Adirondack uses to allow students to conduct business with the college. Through Banner, you register for courses, print class schedules, review and accept your financial aid, obtain your login information, find access information for the campus wireless network and, if you are a student employee, check your payroll.
When you apply for full-time admission or register for courses at SUNY Adirondack, you are assigned a Banner ID number.
Once assigned, these numbers never change and stay with you regardless of status within the college.
When you first log in to your Banner account, your personal identification number (PIN) is your birth date in a six-digit format (mmddyy). You will be required to change your PIN to a new one with a minimum of six characters but not more than 15. Numbers, special characters and alpha-numerics can be included in your PIN. Remember: PINs are case sensitive. If you use an uppercase letter in your PIN, you must remember to capitalize the character when typing in your PIN in the future.
